What does PakEducate do for a school?

PakEducate brings student records, attendance, fees, results and parent communication into one school management system in Urdu and English. This four-minute product demo follows everyday office and classroom tasks, so a school owner can see how the screens work before requesting a trial.

The recording uses Roshan School, Multan, a fictional school with eight classes and 176 sample students. Names and records are fictional; the walkthrough shows the actual PakEducate interface. The narration is AI-generated. This is a product demonstration, not a customer testimonial.

If you are comparing school software in Pakistan, watch the tasks your staff repeat every day. Can a teacher mark attendance easily? Can the office find an unpaid fee? Can a parent receive a result without another trip to school? Those are useful questions to bring to your trial.

Start the day with attendance and student records

The owner dashboard gives a summary; the head teacher view highlights work still to do. The student list connects a child’s class, admission number and parent details, so staff can find the same record again for attendance, fees or results.

In the attendance demonstration, staff choose Class 5, update absent or late students, and save the register. The class history then shows attendance across dates. A default present status still needs a teacher’s review: saving a register is only useful when it reflects the classroom.

For your trial, select one class and compare its digital register with the teacher’s actual count. Confirm names, sections and admission numbers before importing a larger spreadsheet. The attendance guide explains the workflow in more detail.

Record fees, issue receipts and follow up on balances

At 1:25, the demo moves from the month’s fee summary to recording a payment. Staff enter the amount and payment method, save it, and see the record update. The outstanding-fee list makes it easier to identify which balances need follow-up.

A payment method such as cash, bank transfer, online or cheque describes the recorded payment; it does not mean the demo is taking a bank payment inside the app. Confirm actual receipt of funds before marking fees as paid.

WhatsApp-oriented links help staff start communication from the relevant record. They should not be confused with a promise of unlimited automatic WhatsApp delivery. Confirm the exact sending workflow during setup. Read more about school fee management and following up on unpaid fees.

Prepare result cards from reviewed marks

The results section shows class, term and subject selection, followed by marks entry. Percentages and grades are calculated from the entered records and configured rules. The result-card view brings subject marks and summary information together for printing or sharing.

Before releasing a class result, check a few sample students: one with missing marks, one near a grade boundary, and one with an Urdu name. Confirm whether your school wants class positions shown. Automatic calculation reduces repeated arithmetic, but teachers still need to approve the underlying marks.

The video also demonstrates parent sharing. Treat result links as private, check the recipient, and use the current expiry shown by the sharing workflow. Our digital result-card guide covers preparation and checks before publication.

Run a school? See the complete workflow

Bring your attendance, fee or result-card workflow to a guided demo. See how your staff can use PakEducate in Urdu and English.

Keep parents informed through the right channel

Announcements let authorized staff prepare school or class messages. The wider parent portal gives linked parents access to their child’s information; a school-issued QR card is an access route, so families should keep it private.

Agree internally who publishes notices and who follows up with parents. A clear school process matters as much as the software: a fee reminder, a result release and a general announcement should reach the intended family with the correct information.

See salaries and school finances together

The payroll section shows salary records and payslips. The finance view combines recorded fee and donation income with salary payments and other expenses.

The difference between recorded income and expenses is not a bank balance. Missing entries, timing differences or transactions outside the system can change the real financial position. Use the view to understand the records you have entered, and reconcile them with receipts and bank records.

The demo also introduces weekly tests, exam documents, library records and school-shop sales. Schools can adopt these gradually after attendance, student records and fees are working consistently. The feature overview helps you decide what to include in the first phase.

Give prospective parents a school website and admission form

Near the end, the demo shows a school website with an introduction, principal’s message and admission information. Parents can complete an online application in Urdu or English, and the school can review incoming requests in its admissions area.

An application is the beginning of a conversation, not automatic admission. Assign a staff member to check requests and contact families. Keep public information current and separate from private student records. See the school website guide for setup steps.

Questions school owners ask before a trial

Is this a real school or sample data?

Roshan School in the video is a fictional example. The records are sample data shown in the actual product, allowing visitors to understand the workflows without exposing a real child’s information.

Can staff use PakEducate in Urdu?

Yes. PakEducate supports Urdu and English interfaces. Try the names, screens and documents your staff use most often during the trial rather than relying only on the video.

Does PakEducate work on a phone?

PakEducate is available through a web browser, and the Android app is available on Google Play. Use the official app download page for current availability. At publication, the iPhone app is still under Apple review.

Is the trial free, and what happens afterwards?

A 30-day trial is offered without a credit card. Published plans currently start at PKR 1,500 per month for up to 75 students. Check current pricing and student limits and confirm your school’s requirements before choosing a plan.

Are all features identical for every user?

No. Access depends on the user’s role, the school’s configuration and its service plan. Ask the setup team to demonstrate the exact modules your school needs. The video concentrates on everyday school administration; it is not a promise that every optional AI feature is enabled.

Try one school day with your own team

Watch the demo with the person responsible for attendance and the person who records fees. List the two or three steps that currently cause the most repeated work. Then test those steps with sample records during your trial.

Request a guided demo and 30-day trial, explore the interactive homepage demo, or contact PakEducate on WhatsApp. Setup help is included so your school can start with a manageable first class.
