Questions about the app
Who can log in to the PakEducate School Manager app?
School owners, administrators and teachers sign in with the same account they use on app.pakeducate.com. Schools sign in with Google; there is no separate app password. If your school is not on PakEducate yet, start a 30-day free trial from pakeducate.com first.
How do parents use the app?
Parents do not need a school login. The school issues each student a QR card; scanning it in the app opens that child’s attendance, fees, results and notices. Parents can also open the same information in a web browser.
Does the app work offline?
Signing in needs an internet connection. Attendance you mark while offline is saved on the phone and synced to the school account as soon as you are back online. Fees, results and parent notices need a live connection because they are written straight to the school’s records.
Is the app free?
Yes. The app is a free download on Google Play and the App Store. Access is included in every PakEducate plan and in the 30-day free trial.
